Regional Vice President of Operations Remote (anywhere in Ontario)

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead the successful management of all operations within a designated region. The RVP will be responsible for developing and building the territory to meet the company's growth and business objectives, with a focus on key performance measures such as growth, profit, WIP turnover, quality, and AR. This role involves overseeing field operations, mentoring and developing managers, and ensuring the region's growth through new business development. The RVP will also be involved in budget preparation, expense management, and staffing evaluations, and will work closely with the Quality and Education department to maintain training and company standards. Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for independent adjusting. A minimum of 5 years' of management experience is also required. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities in all lines of insurance, knowledge of the Lloyd's market, and a proven track record in meeting growth and profit targets. Essential skills include strong communication, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
