Head of Operations & Growth Remote (anywhere in Pennsylvania)

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations and Growth to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating both internal teams and external contractors, as well as managing daily operations, workflows, and performance. A key aspect of the role is overseeing marketing activities, campaigns, and growth initiatives, and developing strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and platform growth. The Head of Operations and Growth will also play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion of the company's international network of mental health professionals and will work closely with the founder to ensure that business priorities are translated into measurable results. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in operations, business management, or growth leadership, with a proven track record of team management and delivering results. A strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and customer acquisition is essential, and experience in health tech, mental health, digital health, or healthcare platforms is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in startups or scaling digital platforms is highly desirable, and the role requires a hands-on operational leader with a blend of people management, operational execution, and business growth expertise.
