Senior Vice President, Global Operations Remote (anywhere in Poland)

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Operations to lead its worldwide operational functions, including manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and production planning. The role will develop and execute global operations strategy, establish performance priorities, and lead continuous improvement and organizational change across multiple sites. Responsibilities include optimizing production capacity and delivery, strengthening quality systems and supplier performance, and overseeing ERP processes and digital transformation. The executive will manage operational budgets and capital plans, guide risk and business continuity efforts, and ensure compliance with applicable trade and industry regulations. The role also partners across functions to support growth, new business, and strategic investment decisions. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; a relevant graduate degree is an asset. A minimum of 18 years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience, including at least eight years in a senior executive role, is required. Experience leading multi-site, multinational operations in defense, aerospace, precision manufacturing, or another highly regulated environment is expected. Candidates should bring strong financial acumen, business transformation experience, excellent English communication skills, and a record of leading cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking, sound judgment, adaptability, customer focus, and a continuous-improvement mindset are essential.
