The successful candidate will be an ambitious entrepreneur, ready to take on the challenge of building a company with the potential for a significant exit. As the CEO, you will be responsible for all aspects of the startup, from ownership and operation to leading the team and driving the business towards a €1B+ valuation. The role involves an extensive personal development journey, including a customized program for goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for substantial funding rounds. Applicants must be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and be prepared to take full responsibility for their startup. Excellent communication skills in English are a requirement. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of leading a team and making strategic decisions to ensure the company's growth and success.
