This role involves managing cash flow, working capital, client collections, and overseeing the full contractor finance cycle, including payroll, invoicing, and margin reconciliation. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of permanent placement fees and consultant commissions, leading month-end processes, and working with external advisers on tax and compliance matters in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
