Head of Network Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Network Operations to build and lead its network operations function. The role is responsible for the reliable deployment, monitoring, operation, and maintenance of a growing network. The successful candidate will establish the processes, tools, and operational standards needed to support network growth and dependable service delivery. They will also develop operational capabilities and lead multidisciplinary technical teams. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience leading network operations, service operations, or a similar function supporting complex or mission-critical infrastructure. Strong technical knowledge of network monitoring, incident management, infrastructure maintenance, and deployment is required. Applicants should have a proven ability to build operational processes and teams. Experience in optical or satellite communications, telecommunications, ground station operations, or a related field is desirable.
