The Company is seeking a Head of Risk to join their team. This pivotal role involves leading and developing the Group Risk Management Framework, policies, appetite, and governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective second-line challenge across various risk areas, with a particular focus on technology risk, cyber, information security, and operational resilience. Additionally, the Head of Risk will support the CRO with ORSA, prudential risk, and regulatory requirements, and will be expected to partner closely with the finance team on financial reporting controls and risk matters. While experience in insurance, particularly with Solvency II, ORSA, and prudential risk, is advantageous, candidates from broader regulated financial services backgrounds will also be considered.
