The Company is in search of a Vice President for Regulatory and Technical Support within its Trustee and Depositary Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and providing guidance on a wide range of scheme documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and the protection of investor interests. This includes prospectuses, trust deeds, FCA applications, and various other related documents. The role also involves offering high-quality interpretation of regulatory and compliance matters to fund manager clients and the wider organization, as well as leading the analysis of regulatory changes and their operational implementation. Applicants for this role should have an in-depth knowledge of the collective investment funds industry, particularly in relation to the various fund structures and their associated regulations. Familiarity with the FCA authorizations process and strong risk awareness with a deep understanding of control frameworks are essential.
