Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its global mission of improving patient care in the field of atopic dermatitis. The CEO will be responsible for strategic planning, global expansion, and ensuring that all organizational activities are in line with the company's core values. This role involves close partnership with the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and external stakeholders to provide operational, financial, and strategic leadership. A key focus for the CEO will be on strengthening the company's long-term financial sustainability through effective fiscal management, revenue diversification, and the development of strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will also be tasked with fostering a collaborative organizational culture, supporting volunteer leaders, and ensuring the company is well-prepared to adapt to changes in the global healthcare landscape. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' executive leadership experience in a nonprofit, professional medical society, or healthcare association. Essential qualifications include a proven track record in governance, financial management, and successful fundraising. The ideal candidate will possess key leadership competencies such as visionary and strategic thinking, diplomacy, executive presence, and the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse groups.
