The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the operational foundation, including but not limited to, benefits, accounting, HR, policies, and vendor relationships. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to move like a founder, take ownership, and drive progress in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in defining and upholding the organization's values, ensuring that they are reflected in all aspects of the work, from decision-making to the treatment of people.
