About the Role
Remote (anywhere in United States)
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Vice President of its HIV, Hepatitis, and TB cluster. This role is pivotal in supporting the senior leadership of the organization and involves two main areas of focus: communication and synthesis, and leading special projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and distilling information from program teams to create a range of materials, including presentations, briefs, and talking points, that are used in high-level interactions with donors and partners. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years' professional experience in management consulting, global health, strategy, operations, or a related field. The role demands exceptional skills in content production, technical writing, and project management, as well as a deep commitment to the mission and values of the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with diverse stakeholders, from in-country teams to senior executives, and will be comfortable with a high level of responsibility and autonomy. Experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and exposure to infectious disease programming or related fields, is highly advantageous.
