The successful candidate will be an ambitious entrepreneur with a strong desire to start and scale their own startup, particularly in the field of AI infrastructure. As a COO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running the startup, with a focus on personal and professional development. The role involves an extensive journey of personal development, including a fully customized program for enhancing goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. Applicants for this role should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and must be willing to take full responsibility for their startup, with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a proven track record of entrepreneurship, and the ability to work closely with a network of top professionals, including serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders.
