The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, with a focus on deep tech and a passion for building and scaling startups. As a CPO, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running your startup, with the ultimate goal of achieving €100M+ in revenues. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an outlier personality and a commitment to the extensive personal development journey that the company offers, including a fully customized program for goal, time, and energy management. The ideal candidate for the CPO position at the company is a serial entrepreneur or an ambitious individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will have the opportunity to work closely with unicorn founders, receive 1:1 sparring, and access a community of the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. The role involves intensive coaching to prepare your startup for significant funding and support in reaching product-market fit. The company is dedicated to helping you build a successful startup, and as such, you will be expected to take full responsibility for your venture and be open to relocation if necessary. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, as is the willingness to scale your startup to meet the company's high standards.
