Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to lead the strategy and operations of its US and European payments and digital asset businesses. Responsibilities include owning financial and operational performance, scaling regional operations, and developing partnerships across banking, payment networks, and investment firms. The role will lead corporate financing, fundraising, investor relations, and transaction processes. It will also shape regional brand strategy and strengthen the organization’s visibility and credibility in financial markets. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in investor relations, branding, partnerships, or capital markets, including senior leadership experience. Experience in both US and European markets is required, preferably in payments or digital assets. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics is required; an MBA, CFA, CPA, or similar credential is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial markets and digital assets, along with exceptional financial analysis, communication, and relationship-building skills, is essential.
