The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their dynamic team. The CTO will be responsible for owning, building, and running startups in various fields, with a focus on AI. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of scaling their own startups. The CTO will receive extensive personal development support, including a customized program for goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. The successful candidate will also be involved in team building, product iteration, and will work closely with a network of over 50,000 professionals to ensure the startup's success. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a high level of commitment, with the expectation that the CTO will take full responsibility for their startup and work towards scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
