Executive Director, Brand Lead, Specialty Psychiatry
About the Role
Remote (anywhere in United States)
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Brand Lead for Specialty Psychiatry. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the commercialization and management of a portfolio of unique and novel specialty psychiatric therapies in the US, including a Phase 3 asset in PTSD and three other pipeline assets. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction, performance, and lifecycle management of the pharmaceutical brands to achieve growth, patient impact, and financial objectives. The Executive Director will be responsible for all pre- and post-launch commercialization activities, P&L ownership, and will play a key role in steering the global lifecycle management plan and portfolio strategy. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, particularly in CNS, neurology, psychiatry, or related therapeutic areas. The role requires a proven track record in brand and portfolio strategy, launch planning, and lifecycle management, as well as experience in cross-functional leadership and financial planning. The ideal candidate will be an accountable leader with a growth mindset, capable of driving meaningful change and innovation. Strong skills in omnichannel marketing, including digital and traditional strategies, and a high level of financial acumen are essential. The Executive Director will also be responsible for team leadership and development, and must be adept at influencing and communicating effectively with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
