Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a part-time Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations for an expanding, multi-regional investment platform, with the potential for the role to become full-time. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting and regulatory obligations, managing capital and treasury strategy, and leading financing and capital-raising initiatives. The CFO will oversee statutory and management reporting, assess potential acquisitions through feasibility analysis and financial modeling, and advise on appropriate legal and financial structures. The role also serves as a key liaison to the board, shareholders, investors, and auditors. Candidates must hold a CA or CPA qualification and have at least five years of experience as a CFO or senior finance leader, including a record of leading organizational change. Extensive knowledge of public-company listing requirements, corporate governance, and reporting cycles is essential, along with a strong understanding of relevant corporate and financial regulations. Financial services experience is preferred. The ideal candidate combines strategic business advisory skills with the ability to inform board-level decisions.
