The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Utility-Scale Solar and Storage Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's portfolio in this sector, entering new markets, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from origination to construction. This includes shaping expansion plans, guiding projects through various stages, assessing investment opportunities, and growing the project portfolio through different strategies. The role also involves financial evaluation, capital allocation, and serving as a senior resource on development, financing, and investment matters. Applicants must have a strong background in clean energy, electricity, or infrastructure asset development, with a focus on large-scale solar and battery systems. A minimum of 15 years' experience is required, along with a proven track record of success in moving major energy assets through the development process. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of large-scale solar and storage development, U.S. electricity markets, and regional grid operators, particularly in the context of the interconnection process. The ideal candidate will have a history of establishing or directing a major renewables business, advanced knowledge of renewable project financing, and the ability to attract institutional investors. Executive leadership, persuasive communication, and strong professional relationships are also essential for this position.
