The Company is seeking a Chapter President to lead and grow its executive leadership community in Chicago. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a highly engaged network of CEOs, founders, and senior executives, and will serve as the primary relationship for local members. This role involves leading the chapter's growth, engagement, and events, as well as recruiting and leading a team of Chapter Directors. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relationship-driven role, with a strong focus on business development, sales, events, or community building. A natural ability to connect people, strong relationship-based sales skills, and experience in team leadership are essential. The Chapter President will also be expected to have a warm, engaging presence, and the ability to make members feel welcome and connected. The role is highly visible and requires the Chapter President to be a representative of the community, both in person and through social media. Success in this position is defined by the ability to build and maintain a vibrant local community, with a focus on member experience, engagement, and long-term growth. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be genuinely interested in building relationships within the local business community, and be comfortable with public representation, including speaking and occasional media appearances.
