The Company is seeking a Vice President for Employee Benefits Carrier Partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the company's relationships with employee benefits carriers. This strategic leadership role involves establishing and leading national partnership strategies, overseeing contract management, and serving as a key liaison to ensure that carrier resources align with business and client needs. The VP will also be tasked with program leadership, performance management, and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with carrier partners. The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in employee benefits, and the ability to drive growth, operational improvements, and cultural change. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on employee benefits. A Life and Health insurance license is required, and a Bachelor's degree is a must, with an MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar contract relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong business and financial acumen, proficiency in MS Office, and a deep understanding of modern insurance technology and AI applications in the industry are also essential. The role demands a leader who can work effectively at all levels, particularly with C-Suite executives, and who is adept at driving growth and innovation in partnership with national specialty practices.
