The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, or management consulting, with a focus on the SaaS marketplace industry. They must be a strategic thinker, with excellent judgment, and the ability to manage risks and identify opportunities. Candidates for the VP, Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role. Advanced skills in financial modeling and corporate planning tools are essential, as is a deep understanding of financial levers and performance. The role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of building scalable solutions and a holistic approach to business. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, with an MBA and/or CPA preferred.
