The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Product Partnerships to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to ensure that all people have access to quality medicines and medical supplies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year global product partnerships strategy that is in line with the company's medicine security and organizational strategic plan. This includes leading the evolution of the product access model, building and stewarding relationships with a diverse range of industry partners, and overseeing the company's significant product portfolio. The role demands a strategic leader with a strong global health and commercial orientation, capable of driving the shift from a donation-driven model to a more diversified and predictable approach, and expanding the company's strategic relevance in the global health ecosystem. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Global Product Partnerships include donor growth, diversification, and stewardship, as well as executive oversight of patient assistance programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep familiarity with the inner workings of pharmaceutical companies, a strong grounding in global public health, and exceptional strategic thinking abilities. They should be adept at building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of strategic partnership development, and ensuring the company's values are embedded in all aspects of the role. The position requires a collaborative leadership style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior industry executives, internal stakeholders, and frontline partners. Experience in negotiation, and a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance issues, particularly in highly regulated environments, are also essential.
