The Company is seeking a Vice President for Market Access, HEOR, and Patient Services in the Radiopharma sector. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading the market access strategy for a diverse portfolio of molecular imaging and radiopharmaceutical products, with a focus on cardiology, neurology, and oncology. This pivotal role involves shaping how these products are accessed by providers, patients, and health systems, and influencing the broader reimbursement and policy environment to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market access leadership within complex, specialty healthcare markets, and a deep understanding of reimbursement, provider economics, and government payer dynamics. Key responsibilities include creating and executing market access strategies, leading HEOR and value evidence strategy, and overseeing field reimbursement and patient service strategies. The role also requires the ability to lead large teams, influence senior stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in a related field preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in market access, reimbursement, HEOR, health policy, payer strategy, and patient services. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in specialty pharma, radiopharma, molecular imaging, oncology, or other complex provider-administered healthcare segments, and experience in launching new products or categories. The candidate must be adept at engaging with provider organizations, professional societies, and policy stakeholders to support favorable market access conditions. A strong knowledge of HEOR and real-world evidence strategies for access, as well as experience in shaping external policy and reimbursement trends, is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker who can build and lead high-performing teams, and who is committed to the company's purpose of driving life-changing clarity in precision diagnostics.
