The Company is seeking a VP Finance for Molecular Imaging Customer Services and Marketing & Sales. This pivotal leadership role is focused on providing strategic financial guidance and support to the senior business leaders in the molecular imaging sector. The successful candidate will be a trusted financial advisor, driving financial transparency, performance management, and profitable growth across multiple regions and markets. Key responsibilities include acting as a partner for the marketing and sales head, supporting long-term business planning, and owning the global coordination of product and price positioning. The role also involves managing financial activities related to market and competitive analytics, and leading a team of professionals to ensure the financial success of the business. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 10 years' experience in business administration, including financial controlling and developing business plans, is required. While experience in healthcare is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within sales, CRM, or CS, and extensive experience in managing international, cross-functional teams.
