Vice President of Global Support Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Global Support with a strong background in SaaS, software, technology, or healthcare technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global post-go-live client support organization, defining and executing the support strategy, and ensuring service quality, scalability, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic and client-focused leader with a proven track record in building executive client relationships, managing enterprise escalations, and leading geographically distributed teams. The Vice President will also be instrumental in establishing a disciplined service environment, grounded in ITSM and ITIL methods, and will be the visible company representative to strategic and enterprise clients. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 12 years in a relevant field, including a minimum of 8 years in progressive leadership roles. Essential qualifications include a strong practical knowledge of ITSM and ITIL, experience in service management, and a background in leading global support organizations. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to drive organizational and process transformation, and a focus on client experience and organizational leadership. Preferred qualifications include ITIL 4 Foundation certification, experience in healthcare technology, and a background in high-growth or rapidly transforming organizations. The Vice President will be expected to own a global performance framework and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client priorities are met and that the company's support operations are in line with its growth and interoperability strategies.
