The Company is seeking a VP of Preconstruction to spearhead the development and implementation of preconstruction strategies for a diverse portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the early-stage planning process, leading the team in defining the scope, technical approach, and execution strategy. Applicants for the VP of Preconstruction position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in project delivery, construction management, or preconstruction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
