Vice President of Product Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is in search of a VP of Product to spearhead the evolution of its AI-native logistics platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the product vision and roadmap, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI seamlessly into the core product. This role demands a leader who can bring a customer-backed vision to life, ensuring that AI is an integral part of the product's decision-making processes. The VP of Product will also be tasked with instilling a culture of ROI discipline, working closely with the executive team to align product plans with company strategy, and maintaining a close relationship with customers to understand their workflows and needs. Applicants for the VP of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing into product leadership and a strong conviction as a product visionary. Experience in supporting enterprise sales cycles, building business cases for product investments, and a hands-on approach to leadership are essential. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of product analytics, a background in shipping AI or ML features, and personal fluency with current AI tools.
