Vice President, Reporting & Data Analytics Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Reporting and Data Analytics to lead data, reporting, and analytics strategy for its personal care services operations. The role oversees the integration and governance of operational, clinical, workforce, financial, and other business data, while developing roadmaps, standardized KPIs, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities. Responsibilities include leading data integration and reporting architecture, improving data quality and controls, and delivering operational, workforce, and financial analysis to support performance and growth. The Vice President will advise senior leaders, guide technology and transformation initiatives, and lead teams responsible for analytics, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 12 years of progressive experience in data, analytics, reporting, integration, governance, or related disciplines, and at least five years of people leadership. They should bring substantial experience leading data and reporting initiatives in complex, multi-system organizations, with demonstrated success developing KPIs, executive dashboards, forecasts, and process improvements. Strong knowledge of business intelligence, data integration and mapping, data quality, governance, and healthcare operations is required. Experience in personal care or related healthcare settings, Medicaid reimbursement, electronic visit verification, predictive analytics, automation, or acquisitions is preferred.
