Executive Managing Director Remote (anywhere in Wisconsin)

The Company is seeking an Executive Managing Director to provide strategic leadership and ensure the long-term success of Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for the airport's overall performance, including operations, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and the growth of air service and commercial opportunities. This role demands a leader who can build and maintain strong relationships with government, industry, business, and community partners to advance the airport's strategic priorities and enhance its contribution to regional connectivity and economic development. Key responsibilities include setting and evaluating performance against strategic and operational objectives, championing a culture of continuous improvement, and leading the organization during major events. The Executive Managing Director will also be involved in business and revenue development, with a focus on establishing and implementing strategies to support revenue growth and diversification. Applicants for the Executive Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or other graduate degree considered an asset.
