Vice President, Controller Remote (anywhere in Wisconsin)

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Controller to lead its global accounting function, including general, tax, and revenue accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. The role oversees financial reporting, consolidated accounting records, internal controls, budgets, audits, and regulatory compliance across international operations. The successful candidate will improve accounting systems and processes, manage accounting and tax risks, and provide financial insights and metrics to support executive decision-making. They will also lead accounting due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions, while building and developing a high-performing team. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting; a relevant master’s degree and CPA or CMA certification are preferred. The role requires at least 15 years of corporate accounting or finance experience, including seven or more years in management, along with experience producing audited financial statements and overseeing accounting and payroll for organizations with more than $500 million in revenue. Applicants should bring strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting operations, and financial systems, as well as advanced skills in Excel and comparable ERP tools. Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to exercise independent judgment and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
