Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the financial strategy and expansion of its international operations, particularly in the US. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader within the service industry, and a strong knowledge of the US market. Key responsibilities for the CFO include acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, leading the development and execution of financial and investment strategies, and preparing the business for Private Equity investment. The role demands a hands-on leader who is comfortable engaging at both strategic and operational levels, and who can drive financial planning, performance analysis, and commercial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Private Equity environments, including fundraising and investor engagement, and must be commercially astute with the ability to influence at the board level. A pragmatic and hands-on approach is essential, as is the willingness to travel regularly to the United States.
