Vice President of Aviation

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Aviation to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the aviation construction strategy, project execution, and operational growth across multiple airport programs. This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact, industry-leading aviation work, including complex airside and landside infrastructure projects that directly support airport operations. The Vice President will be at the forefront of executive-level leadership, shaping the company's presence in the aviation sector and ensuring a strong safety and quality culture is maintained. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in construction, with a focus on aviation infrastructure, heavy civil, or industrial construction, and at least 7 years' in a senior leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in delivering airport infrastructure projects, particularly those involving exterior and underground systems. Experience in managing projects within active airport environments, with a keen understanding of safety, regulatory, and operational requirements, is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to oversee project operations, and a background in building relationships with various stakeholders in the aviation industry. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
