Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be tasked with developing and executing the overall financial strategy, ensuring the financial performance and governance of the portfolio, and collaborating with the CEO and senior stakeholders to drive profitability, support investment decisions, and foster long-term growth. This pivotal role involves leading all core finance activities, including but not limited to, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial controls, and risk management. The successful candidate will also serve as a strategic partner to the wider leadership team. The ideal CFO for this opportunity will have a background in the hotel sector, as the operational and commercial nuances of the business require a deep understanding of the industry. Experience in asset-led or multi-site environments is also highly valued. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in financial leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a dynamic and multi-faceted business.
