Interim Chief Policy and Research Officer

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Policy and Research Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. This pivotal role is focused on ensuring that the voice and lived experience of the people supported by the organization continue to influence national policy, research priorities, and system reform. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership across policy, research, influencing, and innovation, and will be expected to act as a credible and authoritative representative within government, the health and care system, and with national stakeholders. A key aspect of the position is leading a sophisticated influencing strategy to shape funding decisions, national strategies, and system priorities, as well as overseeing a high-profile research portfolio to strengthen national and international influence and partnerships.
