Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee a range of critical functions, including administration, finance and control, legal, and IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Group's financial stability, growth, and value creation, and will play a key role in supporting the CEO and executive team in achieving business objectives. This includes overseeing financial planning processes, optimizing cash flow and working capital, managing relationships with banks and investors, and leading the financial integration of newly acquired companies. The CFO will also be instrumental in driving the digitalization of financial systems and processes and must have a proven track record in international multi-site manufacturing, with a strong background in private equity. Applicants for the Group CFO position at the company must have a proven track record as a CFO in international multi-site manufacturing, with significant experience in group-level reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a multinational fast-paced environment. A strong background in private equity, particularly as a CFO of a portfolio company of comparable complexity, is highly desirable. The role requires a pragmatic, operational mindset, analytical rigor, and a proactive, result-oriented approach with solid project management skills. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership and communication skills, and be fluent in Italian and English.
