Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a growth-oriented CEO to lead its expansion strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing a full P&L and a proven track record of overseeing ambitious growth strategies, particularly within the middle-market pharmacy services or compounding services healthcare sector. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep operational background, capable of driving business development and growth initiatives across a wide geographic area. The CEO will work closely with the investors and board of directors, and must also be prepared to mentor and engage with all levels of the organization in a hands-on manner. Key responsibilities for the CEO include leading and developing high-performing teams, building infrastructure, and serving as a strategic and tactical business partner within the pharmacy services model.
