Assistant General Counsel, Bankruptcy

The Company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel with a focus on Bankruptcy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in complex bankruptcy litigation and/or creditors' rights. The role involves managing a variety of legal matters, including complex litigation and judgment enforcement issues stemming from bankruptcies, as well as providing commercial legal advice to the company. Applicants for the Assistant General Counsel position must be admitted to the New York bar or be eligible for waiver.
