Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic business partner, leading the finance and accounting function, and ensuring the delivery of financial goals. The CFO will be responsible for corporate and statutory compliance, sound financial management, and the implementation of financial policies, systems, and controls. This role involves close collaboration with the senior management team to drive profitability, performance management, and capital allocation. The successful candidate will also oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, and will be the custodian of company assets, ensuring strong internal controls, risk management, and governance. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience, with a strong background in strategic planning, financial management, reporting, and commercial operations. Experience in a multinational corporation with cross-border operations, particularly those with U.S. ties, is highly desirable. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in consumer goods and manufacturing, as well as experience in managing finances for a publicly listed company. The CFO will be expected to have a deep understanding of accounting and banking operations, and be adept at working with senior leadership to achieve financial goals. A qualified Chartered Accountant with expertise in Oracle systems is essential, and the ideal candidate will possess a range of skills including strategic and financial planning, and be well-versed in dealing with complexity. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are also key attributes for the role.
