Senior Vice President, Investor Relations Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Vice President for Investor Relations with a strong background in sustainable finance and impact investing. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end investor engagement, including managing relationships with existing bondholders and prospective LPs for a new fund. This role demands a senior professional with 12-15 years' experience in investor relations, fund client management, or institutional investor servicing, particularly within the context of private credit, blended finance, impact debt, real assets, or sustainable fixed income. The role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of investor relationships, reporting, and the readiness of the new fund's IR infrastructure. Key responsibilities for this position include serving as the senior relationship owner for the company's bondholders and prospective LPs, designing and owning the investor relationship architecture, and leading investor onboarding for the new fund. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing various investor types, including DFIs, foundations, family offices, and institutional investors with sustainability mandates. They should be adept at producing high-quality investor communications, maintaining a data room, and ensuring that all communications meet regulatory and fiduciary standards. The role also involves active participation in fundraising processes, so experience in this area, particularly for funds with a blended finance or impact mandate, is essential.
