Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their national organization with a critical regulatory mandate. The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of finance and leading broader corporate functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust governance, financial sustainability, and operational alignment with the organization's priorities. The CFO will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting the organization's mission of policy shaping, compliance, and sector-wide development. To excel in this position, the CFO must have a proven track record at the CFO level, with a strong background in full-spectrum finance, governance, and compliance, ideally within a regulated or GLC environment. The role requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented leadership environment and experience in overseeing multi-functional teams.
