Regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial strategy for Asia and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing financial strategies, managing financial figures, and promoting corporate value improvement. This executive role involves overseeing finance, accounting, administration, and corporate planning functions, dealing with financial institutions, and leading fundraising strategies. The CFO will also be tasked with building and operating a management metrics system, formulating medium-term management plans, and providing reporting support to PE funds and boards of directors. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a background in managing finance, accounting, management, or corporate functions at a B2C company, with experience in supporting management decision-making and practical experience in bank borrowing. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
