Chief Physician Executive

The Company is in search of a Chief Physician Executive (CPE) to lead enterprise-wide strategy and program development, with a focus on impacting care delivery across diverse populations and communities. The CPE will be the senior physician executive, responsible for advancing clinical care excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-value, patient-centered quality care. This role is pivotal in driving performance in physician engagement, patient experience, care coordination, and value-based care delivery, all while fostering a culture of compassion and innovation. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, strategic, and accomplished physician leader, with exceptional relationship and team-building skills, and a proven track record in problem-solving and consensus building. The ideal CPE for the company will be a contemporary physician executive, capable of overseeing the advancement of clinical care across a large and expanding healthcare system. They must be a systems thinker, able to effectively communicate a vision, and establish trust and credibility in a complex organization. The role requires a leader who can drive performance and process improvement initiatives, and who is dedicated to the values of the organization, including a commitment to a culture of care and innovation.
