Vice President, Credit Manager

The Company is seeking a Vice President - Credit Manager to lead a team of credit analysts and ensure the maintenance of strong credit quality through the analysis and approval of commercial loans. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring credit analysts, performing in-depth commercial credit analysis including financial statements, cash flow, and collateral evaluation, and applying the Five Cs of Credit in the loan evaluation process. Additionally, the role involves preparing and presenting credit memos, assigning risk ratings, and working closely with loan officers and clients. The Credit Manager will also be tasked with monitoring the loan portfolio's risk and supporting compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
