Vice President of Finance Greater Cincinnati, OH Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic leadership in the areas of finance, managed care, patient access, registration, revenue integrity, and scheduling. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective communication with the Board of Governors, guiding senior management on financial matters, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role involves leading and directing various financial departments, managing cash flow, securing outside financing, and implementing operational changes to enhance financial performance. The Vice President of Finance will also be involved in significant acquisitions, negotiations with vendors and third-party payors, and must ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a CPA, or a Master’s degree in a related field with 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management. The role requires strong skills in strategic planning, project management, leadership, and board communication, as well as knowledge of healthcare operations, reimbursement, and information systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting software is essential, with experience in EPIC and Multi-View being a plus.
