Vice President of Finance Greater Cincinnati, OH Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic leadership in financial management, including areas such as managed care, patient access, registration, revenue integrity, and scheduling. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective communication with the Board of Governors, guiding senior management on financial matters, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role involves leading and directing various financial departments, developing and executing operational plans, managing cash flow, and securing outside financing as needed. The Vice President of Finance will also be involved in negotiations with vendors and third-party payors, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and overseeing the development of the annual budget. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a CPA, or a Master’s degree in a related field with 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management. The role requires strong skills in financial management, strategic planning, project management, leadership, and board communication.
