The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Construction Management and Capital Projects to take on a pivotal role in a significant campus transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the capital construction program, from early planning and design to final occupancy. This hands-on senior leadership position requires a professional who can seamlessly transition from high-level strategic tasks, such as preparing materials and presentations for the Board of Trustees, to the nitty-gritty of project budgets, contracts, schedules, and contractor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in leading large-scale construction or capital programs, with a strong preference for those with a background in higher education or similar institutional settings. A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels, from contractors to trustees.
