Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Remote (anywhere in Asia)

The Company is seeking a COO / CEO-in-Training for the South-East Asia region to play a pivotal role in expanding and scaling its operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing the company's presence across Asia, building supplier networks, and scaling both service and technology offerings. This leadership position is designed for an individual with a strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering services, or industrial sectors, and a proven track record in operational and strategic leadership. The role involves defining and executing the company's growth strategy in the region, leading the regional operations team, and ensuring the development of a high-quality supplier network that aligns with the company's platform capabilities and regional market needs. Key responsibilities for the COO / CEO-in-Training include business leadership, platform development, commercial strategy, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent experience, with a preference for those with a background in management consulting and experience in South-East Asian manufacturing ecosystems. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to drive customer acquisition, and a focus on building strategic relationships. The position is a co-founder level opportunity, with a clear path to evolving into the CEO role for the region, and success will be measured by the establishment of the company as a leading manufacturing partner in Asia, the growth of the supplier network, and significant revenue growth from the company's operations in the region.
