Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Entertainment Business Unit

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its Entertainment Business Unit in Iberia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and business leadership of the unit, with a focus on full P&L ownership, defining and implementing long-term business strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role requires the identification and development of new business opportunities, as well as the execution of high-impact strategic initiatives. The CEO will also be involved in operational excellence, ensuring the successful delivery of all business activities, and will be expected to build and maintain strong commercial and industry relationships. Applicants for the CEO position should have significant senior leadership experience in live entertainment or related industries, with a proven track record in managing complex business operations.
