Vice President, Funds Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a VP for Funds within its Wealth and Premier Solutions division. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's wealth management business, which is dedicated to serving a diverse global customer base, including affluent, HNI, and NRI clients. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to expand its product offerings, enhance client experiences, and drive revenue growth through best-in-class investment solutions. The VP will be responsible for leading product strategy, managing the investment product lifecycle, and ensuring the commercial delivery of investment solutions across various platforms. This includes close coordination with asset managers, marketing, digital, compliance, analytics, and frontline distribution. Applicants for the VP Funds position at the company should have a postgraduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP being preferred. A minimum of 8-12 years' experience in investment product development, product strategy, or wealth management roles is required, with a strong understanding of mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, and offshore investments. The role demands experience in working with asset management companies, wealth platforms, or private banks, and prior exposure to regulatory frameworks and product compliance is desirable. The VP will be expected to define and execute the product roadmap, track emerging trends, and own the product lifecycle from ideation to ongoing review. Additionally, the role involves building and managing relationships with asset managers, driving product-led revenue growth, and ensuring optimal product penetration across client segments.
