Chief Technology & Product Officer Greater Paris, France Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology & Product Officer to define and drive its multi-year technology and product strategy in alignment with executive leadership. The role leads the technology organization through an executive team spanning engineering, product, infrastructure and security, and AI. Responsibilities include setting strategic priorities for product scalability, security, and reliability; guiding technical-debt and migration programs; and developing AI capabilities across products and internal operations. The CTPO will also represent the organization in the technology and security communities and ensure teams can translate strategy into clear priorities and measurable delivery. Candidates should have executive-level experience as a CTPO, VP of Engineering, or in a comparable role at a B2B software scale-up serving enterprise customers. Strong cybersecurity knowledge, experience scaling engineering and product organizations, and a record of leading technical-debt and migration initiatives while maintaining delivery are required. A visible presence in the technology or security community and fluency in English are also expected. Experience with cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, open-source products, or building AI capabilities is an advantage; French is useful.
